Shopping cart: Use our convenient and secure shopping cart at any time. Simply type in the information it asks for in the appropriate box. You may change this information at any time before submitting your order.

Leave your phone number on our answering machine if we are away from the gallery when you call and we will return your call as soon as possible. Check: We accept personal checks. Please make checks payable to Doe Creek Gallery and send to our mailing address below. Be sure to let us know your complete mailing address and include your phone number and email address with your order so that we may contact you if we have any questions.

PORTRAIT PRICES

PROCEDURE

The artist travels to the client’s location for a sitting requiring approximately three hours, or the client may travel to the artist’s studio if they prefer. At this time, Terry takes reference photos makes color notes and records client’s suggestions as needed. After initial photography is viewed on Terry’s laptop computer, the artist, in consultation with the client, will determine if additional photography is needed while on location. The artist will return to her studio to paint the commission and upon completion, the portrait will be delivered to the client. Minor changes or adjustments will be made at that time if needed at no extra charge to the customer. The client also has the option of coming to the studio to approve the completed portrait.

All travel, lodging, framing and shipping expenses are in addition to the prices listed above.

A deposit of 40% is required at the time of commission with the balance due upon completion and approval by the client.

Terry has successfully completed over 100 portraits in the last 15 years. References are furnished on request.

She is also represented by Portraits South, www.portraitsouth.com, a national portrait agency that recently recognized her for being in the top 8% of successful deliveries.
